Assam - APSC Forest Ranger Recruitment Qualification Criteria:

Age:

Applicant should be having min 21 and max 38 year for GEN and OBC Category

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Science or Engineering in Agriculture, Botany, Chemistry, Computer Applications/ Computer Science, Engineering (Agriculture/ Chemical/ Civil/ Computer/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical), Environmental Science, Forestry, Geology, Horticulture, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Veterinary Science, Zoology should be application criteira for Forest Ranger

Assam - APSC Forest Ranger Selection Process:

Written test followed the document check and interview

• Paper I : English (Essay, Precis writing etc.), Conventional essay type of 100 marks with 3 Hrs duration
• Paper II : General Knowledge OMR based of 100 marks with 2 Hrs duration
• Paper III : Optional Subject-I OMR based of 200 marks with 2 Hrs duration
• Paper IV : Optional Subject-II OMR based of 200 marks with 2 Hrs duration

Based on written test performance, candidates will be shortlisted for interview of 75 marks.

 

Salary:

Rs. 22,000 to 97,000 + GP Rs.10,300

Application Form Fees:

• Rs 35.40/- for BPL of Assam, Rs 185.40/- for SC/ST/OBC/MOBC of Assam and Rs 285.40/- for other candidates.
