• For Mining Sirdar: Mining Sirdarship Certificate with minimum 3 years of experience in opencast Coal Mining
• For Draftsman: ITI (Draftsman) with 3 years experience as Draftsman in Govt/ PSUs/ from any reputed firms
• For Record Keeper (Daftari): 12th passed with 3 years experience in office work or record keeping work
• For Compounder cum Dresser: Degree/ Diploma in Pharmacy
• Dresser: 12th passed with Para Medical certificate course (Dresser) Live registration in CG pharmacy council with 1 year experience
