Age:

Applicant age should not be more than 62 year for GEN Category

Education:

Applicant should be officers who have taken Voluntary Retirement and relieved from services as well as Officers who retired on Superannuation should have at least 25 years overall experience in Coal Mining Industry PSUs/ JV Companies operating in Coal Mining under Govt. control /Government Companies operating in the field of Coal Mining subject to the following: (i) Both, Officers who have taken Voluntary Retirement as well as Officers who retired on Superannuation in CDA scale: The Officer should have Voluntarily retired or retired on superannuation in PB-4 in the GP 10000/- (Pre-revised 6th CPC) revised to matrix level 14 under 7 th CPC.

Salary:

E-8 120000-280000 Following will be the remuneration: (a) Selected Candidate will be placed at Starting Basic Pay of Rs.120000/- plus IDA and HRA will be admissible as per rules. (b) Lumpsum Conveyance allowance @ Rs.25000/- per month will be paid in case vehicle is not provided by the Company. (c) Perks under cafeteria approach will be paid @ 20% of Basic Pay. (d) No Performance Related Pay will be paid. (e) Mobile bill reimbursement per month will be paid subject to ceiling of Rs.1500/-Per month.
