Education:

Qualification: For the HRI role, the candidate should be a graduate in Engineering / Information Technology related subjects, such as, Computer Science, Electronics, Communication Engineering, and Systems Management. A post graduate qualification in above areas / Management would be an added advantage

Experience Requirement:

For the post of HRI, a minimum of 15 years’ relevant experience in IT or Financial industry would be desirable, out of which at least five years should be as head of respective functional areas in IT or Financial Services companies of repute
