Age:

Max 30 years for Executive Trainee (Personnel discipline), Executive Trainee (Public Relations discipline)

Education:

• Executive Trainee (Personnel discipline): MBA in Personnel Management/HRD/ HRM or Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management/IR/Labour Welfare or 2 years Post Graduate Diploma in PM&IR/Labour Welfare or Master in Social Work or MHROD with min 65% marks and qualified UGC- NET- June-2020
• Executive Trainee (Public Relations discipline): Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in PR/Mass Communication or Journalism with min 65% marks and qualified UGC- NET- June-2020
   

THDC Executive Trainee Selection Process:

• Written Test
• Interview
• Merit List

Further to it, marks obtained (out of 100) in the corresponding paper of UGC-NET – June-2020 will be consiered for Screening

Salary:

Rs 50000 - 160000 per month
