• Professor: Ph.D. degree in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline and 10 yrs experience
• Associate Professor: Ph.D. degree in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline and 8 yrs experience
• Assistant Professor: Master degree in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline and NET/ GATE/ SET
• Finance Officer    Master degree in Commerce/Management or MBA (Finance) or equivalent with min 55% marks or equivalent OR Qualified CA/CS/ICWA and 15 years experience
• Librarian: Master’s Degree in Library Science / Information Science / documentation with min 55% marks and 18 years experience
• Personal Assistant: Graduate in any discipline and 5 yrs experience
• Senior Assistant: Bachelor's Degree with Computer Information Technology Course equivalent to 'O' level certificate of Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Course (DOEACC) and 5 yrs experience
• Stenographer: Graduation and 5 yrs experience
• Technical Assistant: MCA/B.Tech (Computer Science/IT) OR MA in Punjabi/Religious Studies and 1 yrs experience
• Driver: Matric and valid driving licence
